Our office is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Most support requests are handled during these hours by the same engineers who look after your systems.
24-hour emergency cover
For business-critical problems, such as a phone system or connectivity fault that stops you trading, 24-hour emergency cover is available on request. If you'd like emergency cover arranged for your business, just ask and we'll set it up.

Our dedicated leased lines come with a 4-hour fault response SLA, so connectivity issues on those services are prioritised for rapid resolution.
